I rarely write reviews but this experience warranted one. My wife and I were shopping for a vehicle at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Monroe and the experience was frankly embarrassing on their part. Our salesperson Randy went MIA. When we called back and asked to work with someone else, we were connected with Vincent — and refused. When we asked to escalate to a manager, the manager wouldn’t get on the phone. When we asked about negotiating on price, neither Randy nor Vincent had the courtesy to call us back and tell us no. We had to chase them down for basic communication. And if they respond claiming we were trying to lowball them — we never got that far. We couldn’t get anyone on the phone long enough to have that conversation. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable. We were asking for a callback, a manager who would engage, and a salesperson who would show up. This wasn’t a negotiation gone wrong. This was a dealership that failed at the most basic level of customer communication. What I want to specifically call out is how Vincent treated my wife when she called. The tone shifted noticeably the moment he realized he was speaking with her rather than me — dismissive, condescending, and flat out rude. That’s not something I take lightly and it’s not something any customer should have to experience. This dealership had every opportunity to earn our business and at every turn Randy and Vincent chose rudeness and silence over basic professionalism. We went elsewhere and found a dealership that actually wanted to work with us. I’d recommend you do the same before wasting your time here.
