I can’t say enough good things about Midway Ford. From the moment I contacted service they were responsive and accommodating. The quality of their work is exceptional. My f150 has new brakes, rotors like new, new plugs and fresh coolant. Ish took the time to go over with me each service they provided. This separates Midway ford from other Ford dealers i have been to. Five stars all the way! The service, and the overall experience were outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you!

Extremely Disappointed with Midway Ford Service – Especially Advisor Tom I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but my experience today at Midway Ford left me no choice. I received a promotional flyer in the mail from Midway Ford offering special rates for brake and oil change services. The flyer was clearly addressed to me and included my vehicle’s information, including the last six digits of my VIN – which means they knew exactly what vehicle I drive (a Ford F-250). Wanting to take advantage of the promotion, I called ahead and spoke with Service Advisor Tom to make the appointment. I specifically mentioned the flyer and told him what I needed. He scheduled me for 8:00 AM today. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see that Tom was the same advisor I dealt with during a previous unpleasant visit where they attempted to charge me nearly $2,000 for an oil change and some vague diagnostic issues that "probably weren't going to be all." Against my better judgment, I decided to give Midway Ford a second chance. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. Today, Tom quickly dismissed the flyer’s pricing, saying it didn’t apply to my truck and pointed to fine print saying to “check with advisor.” I reminded him that he was the one I spoke with, and he had all my vehicle info ahead of time. Instead of acknowledging the oversight or apologizing, he smirked and stayed silent. No accountability. No explanation. No respect. I immediately asked for my keys and left. I won’t be returning. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. It’s one thing to make a mistake – it’s another to treat your customers like just another number and respond with zero empathy when questioned. Promotions like these are misleading when not honored — especially after vehicle-specific details are printed and confirmed ahead of time. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to Midway Ford’s management. If you care about long-term customers and your reputation, I strongly suggest reevaluating how your service department — especially Tom — interacts with clients.
