I have been to many dealers and owned various Hyundai's... but this time... Jeff takes the cake! the customer service that was given by this young man should be awarded. .. i left so satisfied yesterday, .. and will go back to this team... I hope thier boss takes notice of what kind of employees he has.. GRADE A!

As far as service I dealt with Jorge Lopes he was very understanding and attentive to what i was describing of my issues. he always informed me of the progress of the repair. I would always be confident of bringing my car in for service

Tried to buy a 2024 Santa Fe Limited from them. Pricing was deceptive; description on website and Carfax said vehicle was Hyundai certified. Upon arrival was told it was $2K additional. Had agreement to purchase vehicle at certain price only to receive message later saying I could not get that price if not financing when I was clear all along I would not be financing. Entire experience was very poor. Also note they are overpriced; Carfax rates them as “fair”. Do your homework!

My poor Nissan crapped out and I was desperate for a car but I had no clue what I was looking for. After waiting a few minutes (it was late on a Wednesday night), Joe K helped me out. Asked me what I was looking for and we test drove the Tucson together. He was pleasant, professional, and he answered all my questions as an overwhelmed person who hasn’t driven a new car in 13 years. While I ended up not going with this dealership, he was super nice and I’d recommend the dealer on this interaction alone!
