This is a Top Notch Dealership . They seem very interested in helping you, and they actually listen. We've never had such great service. Chri Jones was our salesperson and he was kind, extremely knowledgeable and wasn't pushing like other's we've been to before. Chris goes above and beyond even after the sale. He made sure that our 2017 Tacoma was serviced with all our requests. Had another key made, Helping us pick out our step ups which one's would work best for us being elderly, and set up instalation with the shop. Also put in order for paint and body for repair before purchase. Chris Jones even contacted my husband a few day's ago to wish him a happy birthday. 2 year's after the sale.. That's a man of Integrity & honor , a friend in our book

3different people waited on me. One test drove, one to sell, and he had to run back and forth to the manager. They would not come off asking price. They also acted like they were doing me a favor offering about half of what my trade in was worth.

I had a very bad experience with them today. I was told by the salesperson on yesterday that my oil change would be free. I had 2 free oil change when I purchased my vehicle. Come yo find out today I was told something different. I spoke with the sales person and her boss. He was a very smart mouth and ruled person. He had the nerve to ask me personal questions about do I have a checking account or debit card, when I applied to him no, he made the statement how do you cash your checks, I never known anyone not to have either. For one that’s not his business and that’s what I told him. The salesperson said even today it was free but I guess she went back on her word and got scared. I wanted to ask him a personal question but I didn’t want to loose my Religious. Be careful when purchasing from Carl Hogan Toyoya, they will tell you anything to get you to buy. Thanks to Nikki and her boss who works in the service department for being so kind. My hats off to the both of you, I hate you two have to go through this, from what I understand you’ll have had this problem before. This issue will be taking further.
