Horrible service was quoted One Price about $50 different...

Horrible service was quoted One Price about $50 different than what I ended up having to pay secondly they stole approximately $200 worth of CDs as well as a $25 industrial phone charger which really should have accounted for the majority of the cost and I never plan to use them again

Horrible service. My salesman blocked me, 1 weeks after...

Horrible service. My salesman blocked me, 1 weeks after buying my car a service light came on, when I took it to the dealership to be looked at I was laughed at and told to suck it up and when I reached out to file a complaint and get something done I had to call Daphene the supervisor for 3 weeks in a row to get her in the phone.

BAD BUSINESS

This place is a very poor place to do business with. They will not try to work with you if you have a problem,or decided you don't want to go through with the purchase. I would not recommend that you do business with this place! I have purchased 2 new vehicles here in the past, I will not be purchasing another!!! Bad business practices!

RAV4 2018

Kelley was great! She was so helpful and did such an amazing job at helping us get what we wanted! She still keeps in touch to make sure everything is going good with our new vehicle and other things. We had a great experience!

Emergency radiator replacement

Great service from the clean up lady to the cashier. Every one was very professional the service manager kept me abreast on the part to be replace. We were provided a car to continue our trip to Memphis and we had our car back the next day just like he said he would.

regular maintenance/ repair

Always satisfied with my service so far and I’ve been coming here 8 years, friendly staff, only prob I’ve ever had is techs getting grease on door handles, I’ve called it to their attention and they clean it off.

It was great. Loved it. will be back. serviced my car well. It was wonderful. They were so helpful. Not too expensive. Price was right.

repair and service

#1. Service was to replace rear wind shield wiper. Done, but found out later wiper no longer made contact with window. Motor bad? #2. regular 6 month service, ok. A few days later noticed the left front wheel cover missing. Went back to service. They had it. Don't know why I was not called. Otherwise service OK.

I had one of the best experiences with Carlock Toyota 's service department. The service bay technicians were very knowledgeable and customer focused. The waiting facility was very clean and organized. I will definitely be returning.
