Great service, Great Price.

Had a great experience with this dealer. Purchased a Certified vehicle at a GREAT price. Helped me through the steps and because they are a dealer I can have my warranty honored at ANY dealership in the US. Would highly recommend the dealership.

Friendly, professional, on-time service!

Sales and service personnel are all very friendly and professional. I like being able to schedule an appointment on line and then have my truck serviced at the scheduled time.

My experiences with Giambalvo Service Dept. has been good. However, I have come to realize that Buicks parts and the labor cost to fix my Buick are too expensive. I have invested so much in my Buick over the last year or so it is insane. With this in mind, I am forced to keep the vehicle longer than I anticipated. When I purchase another vehicle it will not be a Buick because of the upkeep.

The people at Giambalvo Buick made this sale.

I pulled up to the showroom and before I was out of my Traverse, there was Lance shaking my hand and asking how he could help me. I am friends with John Giambalvo. I coached his son on the York Catholic High School Golf Team. I talked with him during golf season about trading my Traverse and Mustang Convertible. He said I should come and see him. John showed up at Dealership as Lance and I were deciding which Buick LaCrosse I wanted to buy. I told John after i had my car for one day that I felt like I made a new friend ( Lance)and that I loved my 2014 LaCrosse.
