Bryan Blaylock went above and beyond - he sold us the Mini for my wife and when he saw we had a service call in he interceded and asked if he could help. He drove 45 minutes to pick our car up because my wife is ill and we could not. That is the stuff of Legends! Thank you, Bryan

I purchased my MINI from Hendrick MINI and had nothing but a great experience. This week I had my first oil change. It went seamlessly. There happened to be a recall under warranty at this same time. When I made the appt I requested a loaner vehicle and it was a very easy process. I dropped my car off, got a brand new 2025 loaner (which was beautiful and I was super excited to drive the new model). I didn?t have to pay a thing. No hidden deposits or ?we need your credit card on file?. Two days later I picked up my car. They even washed my car before giving it back. Nothing but amazing things to say about the service department.

The service department does great work however I brought my car in because the drivetrain malfunction light came on after I just had my core pack replaced. Instead of focusing on the problem they billed me for diagnostics and another issue that didn?t happen until after I brought my car in to replace the core pack.
