I'm happy I went somewhere else .... bad management and poor financing options , I had cash in my car but when I saw the way they run things I ran away , just got lucky when I saw there manager with his pajamas and crocks I decided to take my business somewhere else .

It was amazing to me that with such a low credit score that Pj could such a good job finding me a lender. I know it was not easy, he spent hours doing so. In the end, knocking off a 4th year making it 36 months, payment barely went up and knocked 1200 dollars off the price! I have been to used dealers in GA, FL, NC and Il, never have I been impressed with a car selection or staff like this dealer. Thanks Car Guys!!

This was my first time buying a car and I was so happy I came here! Pj took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. He was very polite and patient since I tend to be very picky. I ended up walking out with a car that I was and still am very happy with! Pj was absolutely fantastic to deal with and I highly recommend this place if you're in need of a good car!

I'd like to knock them down a star on one of the categories, just for credibility's sake, but it really was a well-managed, fair, and convenient process across the board. To start, they have a great selection of cars, including used luxury cars at prices commensurate with their condition. We went to see one car in particular (a 2000 Volvo V70 with relatively low miles), which we ended up buying after test driving that and one other. The staff is helpful but relaxed: no high-pressure sales pitch; frank about pros, cons, and issues with the different cars. And the buying process was equally open and easy. We ended up getting what struck me as a very good deal, given the bluebook value of the car, its apparent condition, and other used Volvo wagons for sale in the Chicagoland area. But what happened after we cut the check is why I'm taking the time to write a review. First, the windshield on the car was cracked. When we went out on a test drive, one of the guys volunteered that they would take care of that, but I completely forgot and never raised it with the manager (PJ) before signing the paperwork. No problem. They got it fixed for me. Second, we had a warning light on for the airbag system. Chicago Car Guys couldn't read the code, so I took it to a Volvo dealership and was told that we not only needed a new airbag ($900) but also another $3500 in various other repairs. I was not happy to say the least. PJ could have said, "as is means as is." But he didn't. He scoffed at the notion that this car had that kind of trouble, recommended another mechanic, and at the end of the day, we needed new tires and one new bearing ($1000) -- not welcome, but not terrible when you're talking about a 14 year old car. Even with that added cost, we are happy with the price we paid. Along the way, PJ answered and returned calls right away, and I think he would have worked with me on the cost if we had, in fact, needed a new airbag. (Here's a tip: when someone tells you a warning light went on because some major part has failed, ask them to clear the code and see if the light goes right back on again -- which it will if the part has actually failed.) One lesson from all of this is to be careful when you're buying a used car. Another is that working with people like Chicago Car Guys -- people who are fair and understand that happy customers are good for business -- can make all the difference. Plus, again, they have a great selection of well-priced cars.

I just wanted to say I am very pleased with the overall experience and the car too. PJ helped me out and now I'm a proud owner of an Audi S4. Car had an issue with the camshaft actuator and they covered the repairs for me. Has been driving fine ever since. Thank you Car Guys.

These guys are great!! They had the car my wife and I have been looking for, easy to deal with and very accommodating. PJ took time to help us out over the weekend so we could get our car.
