Louis needs a crash course in communication.

Louis needs a crash course in communication. This person makes a neutral conversation into a hostile argument in a matter of seconds. He bulldozes his way through conversations, adding and twisting people's words to his benefit. How in the heck is this person a manager of anything? I know I'm not the first person to complain about him and won't be the last. The fact that this is the General Manager of a dealership has lost me and my whole family as a client. We love Subaru's but will drive all the way to Decatur to avoid giving any business to this person. Subaru Corporate folks- from a family of Subaru lovers, please reconsider this person's employment with your company.

The customer service is impeccable.

The customer service is impeccable. John is one of the most down to earth people that I’ve met. He made a point to call me just to say Happy Birthday! The people at Subaru treat you with the respect that you deserve. The service dept. is very reliable. They all get 10 over at Subaru of Kennesaw

Driver door lock sensor not working properly.

Driver door lock sensor not working properly. Wanted to know why and have it fixed. Also washer fluid for front window sensor bad. Asked if I could get a diagnostic done (yes). Waited almost 4 hours at service dept. No charge, nothing done. Left dissatisfied. Mr. Barnes was only person I spoke with. He was professional, but when I could not get door lock issue to duplicate for him to see, I thought the mechanic/technician could have given a look at it, but guess they were too busy for a couple of little things. I was told by tech if wiper resouvor was replaced, it would cost $600.

Absolute best car buying experience I could ask for.

Absolute best car buying experience I could ask for. John Melchiore (sales person and SECOND time I've purchased from him), Lou (sales manager) and Mike (finance guru... and SECOND time I've signed contracts with him) were all equally great. This is my second purchase from Subaru of Kennesaw. I had formerly purchased a 2020 Forrester and I traded that for a 2026 Subaru Ascent April 16, 2026. John knows Subaru's like the back of his own hand. When you leave the dealership you will know how your new purchase operates! He goes above and beyond. Lou took time to really explain the process I was enterting into, and Mike has been doing finance for over 30 years. He is a lot of fun to work with. Super funny. I felt well taken care of and like I still had some DIGNITY when I left. 😂😂😂. I plan to go back when I trade this car. Love this place. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Stephen is a star.

Stephen is a star. I have dealt with a couple others and was not impressed so Stephen is the reason I’ve been returning to this dealership. For example, I had an issue after a timing belt replacement and some other work where the next day my engine light and a couple other lights were on. I called and talked to Bryce and told I was in yday and the after having work done the very next day I had lights on my dashboard which were on. He indicated to me that it was not necessarily the work done the day before that caused it. He became defense and was not clear what my remedy was. I called again and talked to Stephen he said I should bring it in to determine the issue and offered a loaner vehicle until cause was determined. Very understanding and Sympathetic about my issues. He has my trust. I would not use this dealership if he was not available to assist.

This I'll the 4th car I have purchased from Subaru of Kennesaw! My sales associate, Ralph Kurland, was amazing and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! He took care and time to make sure I understood all the bells and whistles of my new car and has checked in several times to see if I have questions. Bill in financing is amazing as well. I will always buy from and recommend Subaru of Kennesaw.

For the third time the tires pressure haven't been

For the third time the tires pressure haven't been checked and I have to return to get them to the correct pressure. I keep wondering how reliable are the other maintenance performed on the car. Why am I paying high price going to the dealership for? How can trust their work when my car gets old and stuff starts to wearing off?

We had a fantastic experience working with John at Subaru of Kennesaw! He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly easy to work with. What stood out most was his integrity-there were no dealer tricks or pressure, just honest communication the entire time. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and we felt confident purchasing our Subaru Ascent. Highly recommend asking for John!

I had been looking for some time when I was contacted by

I had been looking for some time when I was contacted by Rebecca, Stephanie had contacted me previously by email but I had begun negotiations with another dealer. Back to Becca, I told her the fiasco I went through with that dealer she asked me if I could hold one moment. In comes Matt. Matt said Becca told him a little of my story he asked if I could tell him, I did. He was sympathetic and said our dealership doesnt work like that. He worked me up a fair offer and presented it to me, no pressure let me make my mind up and was there when I decided it was the offer for me. The customer service I received from Matt,Becca,And Stephanie who actually finished the deal, was reminiscent of times gone by when customers buisness had to be earned. It was a pleasure doing buisness with subaru of kennisaw. I would not hesitate to send friends or family to Stephanie, Becca,or Matt to buy a car.
