Russ is great to us each and every time we go in with either of our cars. He is alway very helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond each time and doesn't make us wait at all if possible.

The oil change for my 2019 Kona was performed June 8. Russ Atkins handled the check-in efficiently and communicated during the oil change to consult about possible part replacement. He explained all work that was performed and as always provided the free car wash code at the conclusion. Great service; professional staff.

Until recently I would have given them 5 stars. They were always outstanding. Then Alex left and so did the wonderful service. I can’t even get them to return my emails. And having a hearing problem no emails just sucks. The only way they will help me or answer any questions is over the phone. Kind of hard with my disability.

The customer service was excellent here. The gentleman that helped us listened to our concerns and helped us out. They had coffee/cappuccino machine. It was clean and comfortable.
