Excellent Service

Recently had an Engine replaced. Took a while but the end result was perfect. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. My Santa Fe Sport is brand new! I used a loaner during the process and now find myself wanting a new Santa Fe, for all the upgraded features. So many new Bells & Whistles. I’ve got to have them.

Good service

Had oil changed. Service was done in a timely manner, and well. Didn’t try to sell me filters, etc that weren’t needed. Staff was very nice and attentive to my needs

Pleasant service

When in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to check my battery because it is 5 years old. I really did expect them to tell me I needed a new one. I didn’t. It checked out very good. I know other places would simply lie. I appreciate the honesty.

Pleasant experience buying a new Hyundai

Ana was wonderful to work with, and also Josh was very helpful during the purchase process. No pushiness here, just a friendly & knowledgeable staff which helped make it easy.

I called Hyundai of Greeley and talked with Josh Shepherd on the phone he said come over I had some questions for him about Hyundai versus Kia I was pretty set on buying a Kia ev6 GT, but after talking with Josh for a while (no high pressure) just common sense and down to earth type of guy ,I ended up with what I thought was a real good deal with the car that I traded in and the incentives for the electric vehicles ,I ended up leasing IONIQ 5 I feel it's a great car and a great dealership ! Greeley Hyundai

Russ did a great job explaining what my vehicle needed to keep it on the road. He is very knowledgeable about our vehicle. He was very low pressure and even explained which service was most important to keep our car safely on the road. I appreciate the time he spent explaining everything to me. I didn't give the shop 5 stars because it took 2 hours for an oil change that usually takes only 45 minutes. I had an appointment, and thought that was an excessive wait.
