I inquired about a used Toyota Camry with Joshua Banda the Sales Manager and made an opening OTD offer. Joshua Banda the Sales Manager suggested I visit a Toyota Dealership for a Corolla. So I did, I was able to get a NEW Camry for the price this dealership was selling a used one for.

I've yet to be disappointed by this place. The service is usually quick and the service managers are good with communicating with me throughout the service appointment. Last time I was there, Bella was on it and made me feel comfortable and confident with my decisions. Thank you!

They rip me off i sold them 3 weeks ago my Hyundai palisade 2022 and till now they didn't pay my car loans and they didn't give me my check 33000 and they refused to give me my car back and they stop answering my call or text messages. What can I do

My overall experience is very good. The facilities clearly indicate that the dealer is very trustworthy with division of labor in all departments of business. The employees are very polite. They know what they are doing. They attempt to give me explanation so as to make me understand. The efficiency of the technicians of the service department has cut down our waiting time to a minimum.

Service was quite fast when I brought my car in for something I thought would take a few hours. They had it done in about 1 hour and I was quite pleased.

Worst customer service ever. I inquired about a vehicle for over a week, received no responses, drove down to look at the vehicle myself, liked what I saw, could not get anyone to help me for over an hour so I left. Sent more online inquiries, no responses. Day before my next day off the car sells. Unbelievably bad customer service. I wont step foot on this lot again.
