VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE EMAILED AND CALLED THIS DEALER 5X, THEY NEVER RESPOND OR EVEN ANSWER THEIR PHONE. OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T WANT TO SELL THEIR INVENTORY.
