Recently My husband and I went to service our car like we

Recently My husband and I went to service our car like we always do with Ray catena infinity in Bridgewater to find out it no longer exists..Ray catena sold to Nissan which I believe infinity is made by Nissan..for those customers who new nothing about Ray catena infinity closing up and no longer will there be a service center we were extremely taken back by this and not knowing where we can service our car..Ray catena left all of the dedicated consumers not only in the dark but never revealing that the shop would be closing..so now all infinity customers are searching for reliable places to service..It was so unprofessional and at the same time completely disgusting to leave without having a plan in play for Ray catena infinity customers ...Recently went to a Nissan service center and completely dissatisfied..shame on Ray catena who made a name for himself for reliability..

I just leased my 7th vehicle from Ray Catena (Infiniti

I just leased my 7th vehicle from Ray Catena (Infiniti QX60 sport). Alie Lopez was my sales person, she was very accommodating and knowledgeable with the vehicles, was able to give me a good deal and made it a pleasure once again to continue dealing with Ray Catena Dealerships. Chris Flusk (sales manager) was also very accommodating and was able help with deal, also need to thank Conner Pahira for his input and help.

Ray Catena service department is excellent.

Ray Catena service department is excellent. My car is taken care of as if they were working on their own car. I have always experienced the best at this service department. Kacper is my service consultant and he is exceptionally knowledgeable. I always ask questions and he answers them very politely with detailed explanations. This is truly a great dealership and I am very pleased with the way they care for my car.

Excellent service experience and Casper is very mild mannered, patient and thorough in his explanations about a service issue as well as very much customer focused and attentive to the needs of his customers.

I had an emergent problem with my infinity.

I had an emergent problem with my infinity. They were able to schedule me right away and have the problem looked at and rectified and back into my vehicle that afternoon. John Keane was my service advisor and was extremely thorough clear and helpful of making sure everything went smoothly and providing transportation to and from my residence. Also in a timely fashion. This is how you run a service department. 5 stars service for sure. I'd give more if I could. Also special thanks to the drivers Mike and Louis. And whoever cleaned my vehicle did an excellent job even did the tires. Just a great experience l.

If I could rate 0 starts, I would These folks are CROOKS!. They do NOT check the car before making of the "CRITICAL" recommendations of service. All their recommendations are based on dates of service, not the actual needs of your car. They have no shame to make critical recommendations valued at over $2,000, without actually looking underneath the hood and the actual car needs .Do NOT trust them! More so, when I asked the technician for explanations, they get defensive and take no responsibility for their recommendations.

The service department at Ray Catena Infiniti is fantastic. They are courteous, communicate very well and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. I will definitely use them again for all my QX 60 service needs.

My experience at the Ray Catena Infiniti service

My experience at the Ray Catena Infiniti service department is the best service department that I have ever been at. Truly dedicated employees that make you feel like you are the most important person there. Each and every time without exception my car is serviced exceptionally without any problems. Polite, honest and courteous!!
