I had an amazing experience at the dealership - Joel, Frank, Jimmy, and Mike truly took great care of me from start to finish. My family has trusted them for over two decades, so it meant a lot to continue that tradition and buy my first car with them. They made the whole process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Really great team who goes above and beyond for their customers!

Land Rover Princeton returned my vehicle with damage that was not present at the time it was dropped off for service. I brought my vehicle in for a driver-side sun visor repair. While in their care, the dealership caused significant damage to the rear passenger door, including a visible hole that was not present at drop-off. The dealership initially accepted responsibility, took possession of the vehicle, and provided me with a loaner while the damage was being addressed. However, they later reversed course and began denying liability. They are now attempting to attribute the damage to prior unrelated repair history, referencing a Carfax report. The dealership has intake documentation and photos showing the vehicle was received without this damage, and that the condition changed while it was in their care. Despite this, they have refused to repair the damage and are attempting to shift responsibility. I have escalated this to Land Rover corporate and now have an open case. I have also filed an insurance claim, a police report, and am obtaining a second body shop opinion due to the lack of resolution. Very disappointing experience from a luxury brand. I strongly recommend documenting vehicle condition thoroughly before leaving it here. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
