Pam H., my salesperson, took great care of me, answered every question, and made sure that I left satisfied. As a woman, I didn't feel that they tried to take advantage of me. They definitely made their sales pitches, and they are good at selling, but it wasn't high pressure or uncomfortable. I drove off in my dream car with terms that I am satisfied with. The sales staff at Fair Oaks gave us time to look around and we didn't feel pressured. At first we thought we wanted a ICE Fusion but in the end decided we wanted a hybrid. They didn't have a model with the options we wanted in stock but took the time to located exactly what we wanted at a dealer in WI. In my view they went out of their way to find what we wanted.

Craig was absolutely the best sales person I have dealt with at a Ford dealership. I'm a Ford girl - but Craig assisted my daughter in purchasing a Ford vechicle which is a dream come true with the value, great service and kindness you showed during our wonderful visit. You made my daughter feel special, welcomed and went out to bat for her to get the vechicle she could only dream about but became a reality. I havepurchased my last 3 cars from Fair Oaks Ford and would recommend them to anyone. They are knowledgeable and friendly but not high pressure. They work with you to ensure what you purchase with fit best with your budget. Their service center and technicians are wonderful and know what they are doing. I would recommend their service dept. for your repairs. I've had my cars in for diff things and they did a great job.

This was the best buying experience we've had in a long time. We would like to give heads up to our sales associate, Jeremy Bloom for exceptional service. Buying a car could be a stressful experience, but here at Fair Oaks Naperville was just the opposite. This is by far...one of the best dealers in DuPage County. Keep up the good work!!!
