Richard was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, kind and we never felt pressured. I really felt like he had my interest in mind at all times. We were successful in finding the exact car that checked off all my boxes. I am 71 years old and It was by far the best experience I ever had buying a car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

The experience has been nothing short of disappointing, particularly considering the expectations that come with owning a premium vehicle. I visited the service department because the headlight strip on the driver's side was not functioning. Prior to my visit, I called service department to inform them of this issue, which is known to be a common problem with 2025 models. After spending two hours at the dealership for a diagnosis, I was told that I would receive a call once the necessary part became available. After almost a month without any communication, I reached out to dealership to inquire about the status of the part. Following my inquiry, I was given an appointment to bring my vehicle in for repairs. I drove 40 minutes to the location, only to be told that the service would take approximately two hours. When I requested a loaner car or a drop-off service, I was informed that neither option was available. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was then informed that my car would take an additional four hours due to the fact that one car was ahead of mine for service. As a recent purchaser of a Cadillac, I expected a far better service experience. This is not just a minor service issue—it's about the value of my time and the respect I expect as a customer. Given the poor experience I've had, I am seriously reconsidering my future with the Cadillac brand.

After my car needing to be diagnosed 4 time wasting fuel back and fourth several times, on the next service visit Manager Richie decided to try and charge me for 22.00 being below fuel level 3.5 gallons. Cheers Richie judging by your customer service youre going to need that 22.00 more than me. Last time I ever go there.

Thank you for your response. Our loaner vehicles are treated the same as a contract with any rental car company. This is explained at the time of check out to all of our customers. Fuel, tolls and damages are the sole responsibility of the customer, which is written on all of our loaner contracts and is explained in detail by our service writers. Customers do not need to take a loaner vehicle but if they do, there are stipulations to the privilege.

Customers who entrust you with their business and vehicles "do not need" to go to Mahwah Cadillac but if they do, Im certain that they would expect you to be fair and not try to charge them 22.00 for 3.5 gallons of gasoline. Anyone reading this should take that response accordingly and if they were in my shoes is that the type of response you would want from someone who just tried to rob you... Go elsewhere.

Just pick up our 3rd car from Cad. of Mahwah. As usual no surprises, I am quite happy. My new sales person Ashly really knows her Cadillacs she answered all our questions about the options in a way to easily understand. And also thanks to Paul for all his help and directing me to Ashley.

Just a wonderful experience at the dealership. Everyone truly cares about any problems you are having with your car. I brought my car in for service. John Ferrari did a great job explaining everything they were gong to do. I have a 2016 ATS and it is now running like a charm. Hats off to a great service department and dealership.

My journey with Cadillac of Mahwah began in 2019 with the lease of 2 XT5s. From beginning to end the process was seamless and they treated us like family. We turned in one of the 2019s last week and left with a beautiful 2023, and the vehicle drove and felt exactly how Rich Schulman said it would. He was upfront and honest about what we should expect and what was the right choice at our price point. He treated us like we knew each other for years and we felt really good working with him. Rich, and frankly everyone we have worked with at the dealership has been no nonsense, and no games friendly people, and go the extra mile in every interaction. There are a lot of choices out there, and Cadillacs do in some ways sell themselves, but the dealership and the people who work there can make or break the experience. In the case of Cadillac of Mahwah you can expect to be treated like a friend, and there is no way we would look elsewhere unless something really changed. I can say that the experience we had in 2019 (the reason we came back again) was duplicated last week when we started a new lease, and we will add another one in two weeks when my wife gets hers. Would not hesitate for a second to send a friend to this dealership. They are a quality shop with really great people who go out of their way to make you feel you are buying a luxury product and the best part is they are totally honest and their transparency makes a difference.

In August my spouse and I bought a used car and paid in full by a bank check. The sales manager was argumentative with another customer while I was in the showroom, and became aggressive and argumentative with me over the phone about a week later when I called from my home state (New York), asking if they'd sent the title yet. I can't believe the arrogance of this man, Paul Chiarello, who also claimed to be the owner of the dealership. What a little man with a napoleon complex, who apparently sees himself as Tony Soprano. I wouldn't buy a toy car from that clown.

Thank you for your feedback. This customer was explained on delivery at the dealership that the title to the vehicle he purchased was to be sent by FEDEX as soon as his check cleared with our bank. The customer called up the next day and several days later cursing and being verbally abusive to our staff about when he was to receive the title. As soon as his check cleared our bank the title was overnighted to him as explained. The customer later filed multiple complaints with law enforcement and NJ STATE DMV which were found to be completely unfounded. We appreciate your business.

Their response is filled with lies. I wasn’t informed that the title would be withheld until after getting a bank check printed. After a few business days, I checked with my bank that the check was paid, then called the dealership. I was polite until the sales manager, who also claimed to be the owner of the dealership, became aggressive and argumentative, interrupting me and claiming the check had not yet cleared. I then told him what I think of him. After paying tens of thousands of dollars for a car, I want the title. I’m funny that way. They only sent the title after I contacted Mahwah Police, and the other agencies, which concluded unfounded because he sent the title, very reluctantly. He does NOT appreciate my business, based on the poor way he treats people simply because he thinks he can get away with it. Ciriello is an evil man, I hope someone treats him that way when they hold something over him that he needs (perhaps a breathing tube), and that he remembers how he treated customers throughout his career. What goes around, comes around, tu sei un propio sfaccim!
