Car shopping is a stressful experience, but Scott Riley went above and beyond to find a car for us that would fit our budget and be reliable ( the criteria that mattered to us). There was never any pressure, and his knowledge of cars is impressive. When it was time to finance, Austin did a great job finding us the best rates. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership--and if you are from Charlottesville, like we are, it is worth making the trek for the service you will encounter and the money you will save! Will, Scott and Austin are the best guys around for your car/truck buying needs. My father bought a truck from Sullivans a few years ago and absolutely loved his experience with this dealership not to mention the awesome deal he got on his Tacoma. I bought a Tundra from them yesterday and I could not be happier. If you want a fair price, and when i say fair, they beat everyone's prices on the east coast!! Go to Sullivans and you wont be disappointed. They will make you feel like family and dont pressure you into anything. I'll never go another dealer again! I'd give 10 stars if I could! The great team at Sullivan made my used truck purchase easy, friendly and fast. Will and Josh were low key, matter of fact, straight shooters that made me a fair offer on my trade in and the buying experience a breeze. I knew what i was looking for and they were easy to deal with to get it done.

I just got home from purchasing my new truck and couldn't be happier with it. I had all but given up on buying a used car after having a nightmare of an experience at another dealership. Sullivan Auto Trading was completely opposite. They were transparent with pricing and fees and I appreciated that I didn't have to negotiate and wonder if I got the lowest price they would've offered. They also offered good rates with financing, and Austin was informative but not pushy with the warranty. Also to note, the truck was EXACTLY as I expected it to be from the pictures and description online. The staff there was friendly and the customer service is phenomenal. Scott was my salesperson, and was knowledgeable about the vehicle and helpful and quick to respond. I had to wait a bit for service to finish with the truck and was offered a minivan to go to target and shop (big bonus since I already had a babysitter for the afternoon)! I even left my current vehicle there to get new tires and an oil change, can't beat the convenience. If you're shopping for a used car, I would not hesitate to come here!
