If you had a minus 5 stars I’d give them that stay away from this dealer customer service is hands down the worst just my opinion

Great experience here. Bought the car on the internet. They fix a number of minor issues I was concerned about before I even got there. After I drove away another issue popped up. Brought it back the next day and they fixed that issue as well, to the tune of a $200 part, with no questions asked. Scott and Ken where great.

Sold me a car with a faulty remote with a promise that they will send someone over to my place to fix it. It’s been more than a year and they haven’t even called me yet, leave alone fixing it. Absolute Crap. They don’t care about the customers once they leave the dealership.

Had the best experience here! My mom insisted we check out their inventory when I was looking for a truck because she had bought her Lexus (that she still drives) from Mr. Sullivan 8 years ago. Scott helped me find the perfect truck and was diligent to stay within budget and honest about all the trucks he showed us. We left the truck that we purchased at the shop for a few days for them to buff out some minor paint imperfections, and Scott was super responsive and kept us updated the whole time. He jumped through a lot of hoops to find prices for things we were curious about like a spray in bed liner, tonneau covers, and even got the emissions test done for us since it is required in our county. I got the feeling that I was dealing with very genuine, well meaning people who do their jobs 110%. My mom will be coming back to get a truck for herself! Thank you so much, I love my Silverado!

My wife and I can't give enough praise to the wonderful people at SULLIVAN AUTO TRADING. We purchased a vehicle from them in April of 2019. Since that time, we've been back twice for routine maintenance. This is another GREAT reason to purchase your next vehicle from SULLIVAN AUTO TRADING in Fredericksburg, VA! They have a COMPLETE auto body and repair shop right there on site. ANYTHING that needs to be done to your vehicle can be done there in one place! And let me talk about their service department. These people are on top of their game! Led by MATT DUFF, Service Advisor for the service department and BRYCE RILEY, Body and Paint Restoration department. Both departments go above and beyond the call to make sure that you vehicle is to proper specifications and above your expectations! First, let me say that they have a unique "CARE PACKAGE" if you will, in taking care of people who have purchased vehicles from them. When you buy a vehicle from SULLIVAN AUTO TRADING, not only do they provide great service from EVERY department, but they give a generous discount for oil changes, inspections, and a few other minor repairs/maintenance. Last time I made an appointment and took our 2015 Buick Enclave in for an oil change. When I arrived, I could see that they were quite busy that day (Saturday). They remembered me and greeted me like we were old friends for many years! SCOTT and AUSTIN took me over to the service department, got me signed in, turned over the keys, offered a cup of coffee, asked me how our family was doing and the car, then sat me in the waiting room and told me my vehicle would be taken in next and shouldn't be too long. After roughly about 40-45 minutes they pulled my car around and had it ready to go. They even had a floor protector at the driver side. (Nice little touches make all the difference). Now you might say, what's the big deal? It's an oil change. I can get the same things at Jiffy Lube or another garage. And maybe be out in 20 minutes. But you see, there is more to this than meets the eye! I forgot to mention to MATT about part of the splash shield hanging down from the bottom of our car. When they brought the car around, I then remembered. BUT I also didn't see it hanging down any longer. I then asked about it and MATT said, "We saw it and took care of it for you". They re-secured the splash shield with the proper hardware. Talk about a team keeping an eye out for your safety and your vehicle! Again, sometimes the small gestures mean as much as the big ones! We are now due to take our car in for a state inspection next week. I have no doubt in my mind that MATT and his team will as usual, do a fantastic job! Bottom line of all of this? Heck that is too easy. Yeah sure you can take your vehicle to Jiffy Lube or some other garage. And maybe be out the door in 20 minutes....BUT, I can guarantee those people will not talk to you or treat you so warm, friendly, and family like as they do here at SULLIVAN! They also will either miss things, make up things, and/or charge you quite a lot to take care of it....at THOSE places...YOU are just a number. Part of an assembly line. Even in the middle of summer, it still feels cold and callus. If I have anything negative to say, it would be that of how to leave a review. Google only lets you post once about a business. Unless you want to edit/update a previous post. Yelp won't let you choose a star rating. Then there's the social media outlets of which I'm not a part of. Some people like to attack or counter what you post. And other outlets are too far removed from the business you're posting about . So I was left to post here thru CARS.COM. Which I believe is a good thing since this is where we found our car and SULLIVAN AUTO TRADING! Everybody ticks differently and have their own views on things. But for my wife and I, SULLIVAN AUTO TRADING is a place of trusted friends and family! GOD Bless you all!

I went in with a vehicle in mind and a strict budget i needed to follow. These folks are a no BS group of guys, Salt of the earth. They are upfront, honest, and make things happen. Highly recommend doing business with these folks. I drove in with my old car, and drove home with my new truck in an hour and a half.

We bought a truck from them and it was an excellent experience. Scott was our salesman and he was friendly and ready to help. Finance was and honest and easy process. The finance department not only worked to get us into a better truck but got my payments lower than I expected. Thank you team Sullivan!
