Excellent. I was able to choose the vehicle, have it delivered so I could test drive it and the agent who assisted me was informative, friendly and and answered all of my questions. When buying a car great customer service. After purchase horrible customer service and attitudes. My battery needed replace within 24 hour of purchase 4/8/2026, service department employee was rude so much I did not want her to help me, I was given Steven Dena which was great because he was helpful. There was another issue the replacement of two hitch cover service order RO#346755 on 4/9/2026, I have been waiting and was told today the part was returned because allegedly when they called I told them I did not want the repair, which is a blunt lie. The representative who sold me the car Ramiro Avila was upset about this missing part he said he would have seen it before giving me the car he also starting question where I had been with the car, the neighborhood I live as the reason the hitch was missing, he went as far if accusing me of stealing the part. He even told Steven Dena these allegations and that is why I believe the story that I refuse the part is a lie.

Every single person was so helpful and friendly! It was very easy and stress-free to go through Carmax, especially dealing with my trade in too!! Highly recommend
