Had a deal done completely remotely and out of state. I appreciate the patience of the salesman, and he did everything he could to smooth out the process. Such a great car-buying experience. They don't fool around; they are straight to the point with prices, which are amazing. The entire experience was quick and painless. I emailed or texted some questions I had; Federico answered every one without any “sales games." The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). I’ll definitely do business with them again. Within days of buying the car, they shipped it to my door ASAP. Yes, I love how Federico and I bonded on this transaction.
