I’ll keep this short and to the point. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The sales staff were fine to work with, but the vehicles themselves did not match their online listings. I came to see a Jeep Wrangler that was advertised as certified pre-owned. While the price was on the higher side, it initially seemed reasonable based on the listing. However, upon inspection, I found significant uneven tire wear that appeared to have been temporarily masked by a rotation. After checking the suspension, there was no indication that any worn components had been replaced, which suggests the underlying issue had not been addressed. Additionally, there was a noticeable dent in the driver’s door that was not disclosed in the listing. I also looked at another Wrangler while I was there. When the salesperson unlocked it, there was a strong odor of marijuana upon opening the door. Overall, the condition of the vehicles did not align with how they were represented online. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

Be careful Extremely bad experience. Attempt to sell me a 3k warranty that wouldn’t have covered the used car I was interested in. After multiple requests, it was still included on the price sheet. Car is supposed to have new tires, nee brakes, and backup camera. When asked to confirm, radio silence. And the photos don’t show a camera screen anywhere nor do the tires look convincingly new. Promised to share inspection report but that also never came. At least, all of this was done remotely and I didn’t waste my time on a trip. But even the time trying to follow up could have been spent better.

She has paid for her vehicle in full, and to date, over 3 months later, has not received her vehicle’s Title (illegal based on Maryland law based on the length of time elapsed), her permanent State Tags (currently driving on expired tags provided by the dealership) and has been overcharged for the vehicle’s sales tax and tags. The best part of the transaction was the fact that she bought an exceptional vehicle. Stay clear of this dealership at all costs! Regardless of whether you are communicating at the Salesperson, Used Car Manager, Director of Finance or the General Manager levels, you will be disappointed. Note: complaints have been filed with the appropriate authorities.

I'm sorry for the frustration you and your daughter experienced. As we discussed a few weeks ago, the original documents were denied by your state's motor vehicle agency because the insurance had expired and the copy of her drivers license was not acceptable. Since then, you've provided the correct documentation, and we've resubmitted everything. We will keep you updated as soon as her tags are processed, which we expect now that the proper documents have been received. Chase made the process very smooth for me and I would definitely chose this dealership again. Finance also gave me the options I wanted and didn’t push extra which was a breath of fresh air. 5 stars

Chase Hall was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommended for anyone looking for their first car, to replace an existing car, or just something to have fun on the weekends He's definitely your guy! He took a lot of the stress out of car buying, and made my children comfortable and happy during the whole affair! 10 stars feels light!
