Aweful place to buy a car. They will lie to you about vehicles having no rust. Almost all trucks in their lot had rust on them. Most of there were covered with paint so you would not catch it by a quick glance. Drove 1.5 hours to look at at truck that was supposibly rust free and had no dings or nothing. When I got there I counted 8 dents, 12 paint chips, lots of overspray paint on rubbing boatds, and lots of rust in cab corners and many other places. I would not recommend these fools to anyone.

I shopped on Auto Trader to locate cars I was interested in. Crossroads had 7 that fit my specs. I went to their lot to view the cars on my first trip and went back to test drive one and purchase it on my second trip. Mike Jablonsky was very professional to deal with. He has also provided excellent customer service after the sale. Crossroads should be your first stop when looking for a quality used car.

Great car! Great price. The only guy working was busy, so we were pretty much on our own, but that wasn't all bad! Would definitely go back!

Recently I was in need of a used truck for my lawn care business. Knowing that it not only is hard to find a good used truck but honest dealers I was somewhat hesitant. But after all was said and done I felt like they treated me well and gave me a good price on a used vehicle . We're honest and upright in all their dealings with me and kept their word. I would highly recommend them and they are the first place I will look next time.

My experience was a very honest, very easy-going dealership that treats its customers with respect. The automobile I bought was at a price point that I have never seen - way below any other dealership in the area. Was the automobile in "perfect big-dealer condition" -- no, it needed some clean up. It need a few dings touched up. But you can't reasonably walk into a dealership and expect a car to be like brand new and get this great of a deal. I was happy to put a little elbow grease (mostly just cosmetic cleaning) into the car instead of having the dealer do it and charge me an arm and a leg for it. I dealt with Mike who is the owner there and I was extremely happy with the purchase. It was a pleasure to work with him and he was great to negotiate with. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured in any way. The big dealers could learn a thing or two about how to treat a customer from Mike. I highly recommend that if you're in the market for a low-cost, high-value automobile, you take the trip to Tremont and see what Mike has available!

Came in looking for a good second car, I found a 2007 Pontiac on the lot. Great people to buy from, all issues I had with the vehicle were taken care of quickly. Coming to the final price was easier than everywhere else. Great local business. Highly recommended! ! !

I was in the market for my son's first truck. Had been shopping for months and done my homework. The day we went test driving Crossroads was the last stop on our list and will from now on be our first stop ! Excellent Customer Service and we were told everything about the vehicle without me asking. Korey could not have been more helpful and honest with us. I have never in all of my years of vehicle buying felt so comfortable. I called back the next day with a couple of questions and as I expected was helped out with no problem. I have told everyone that this place is THE BEST ! We are completely satisfied with our purchase and my son has not stopped smiling !
