Outstanding Volvo dealer. Now own a XC 60 and a XC90 so at Prestige Volvo more often than most people. I feel that they take whatever time is ended to go over my service appointment needs. Sometimes they say something needs to be worked on but can wait till the next service time. Tami Santoro has been my service adviser for years and she treats me like a friend. No haggling, very fair price (I bought a used Chevy EV that was priced under market). Ryan was friendly, responsive, honest: the car was in excellent shape as certified by my mechanic, just like he said. Checkout was fast and 95% electronic. They got me a better rate than my bank (where I get a discounted rate). Highly recommended dealership and sales rep.

I took my XC40 in for the 20k service, and was greeted by Emily in service. She took my information down and showed me the waiting room. Emily sent me electronic updates, but then came to see me about an issue they found with sensors that would need replacement and will add to the wait. After about 25 minutes, my car was ready.

Moving from Europe and purchasing a car in the US can be difficult and risky, especially for a used car being a non US citizen. From first contact with Ryan Entwistle to picking up the car in East Hanover it’s been a very professional process. Ryan has gone the extra mile to find solutions while answering all questions we had, and there were many. He has done so in a way so that we felt comfortable. He quickly built trust by quickly answering and being open with that some questions required research before answering. The car was in great condition at pick up and matched the description and pictures so fully to our expectation.
