I can't thank both Dan Berry and Lori Mohr enough for a smooth and easy sales process. They were professional, personable, answered all questions, and provided different options. There was no pressure, just a very pleasurable, easy car buying experience! A shoutout to Rachel in Finance as well. Everyone on the team including reception was very friendly and customer service oriented. This is the third car we have purchased from RBM of Alpharetta and we will return. Nancy M

I was spoken to in a completely condescending and unprofessional manner. As a potential customer, I expect basic respect, not to be talked down to. This kind of attitude is unacceptable.

This is the third Mercedes I’ve bought from RBM of Alpharetta. The sales team is always very knowledgeable and friendly. Michael went above and beyond to accommodate me. The bow at the end of my purchase was new and an unexpected bonus.

RBM of Alpharetta has a great reputation, which is why I purchased my first Mercedes ML350 fourteen years ago from this location. My husband and I returned to RBM of Alpharetta and purchased a GLE450. We are very happy with the dealership, customer service, financial services manager, Denis Bardizbanian, and most importantly, our sales consultant, Michael Kolias.

RBM of Alpharetta has a great reputation, which is why I purchased my first Mercedes ML350 fourteen years ago from this location. Dan Berry was a consummate professional throughout the sales process. He presented options, did not pressure a decision, answered all of my questions and made buying a car pleasurable. Highly recommend. Everyone at RBM has been customer-oriented. It is evident that service is a priority.

I can’t say enough great things about my salesperson, Dan Berry. He was exceptional. He made the process easy, fast and stress free. It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. He is no pressure, easy to deal with, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. I highly recommend him and will only use him in the future.

Michael was awesome! My husband and I came in to test drive a Mercedes. I currently have a lease with Genesis that I loved, but I had never driven a Mercedes before and my husband wanted me to just try one because he knew how great they were. After going on a test drive with Michael I was hooked! Michael and David in finance made the leasing process so easy and we’re so great to work with. I then met with Martin who went over all the entire car from top to bottom. After I got home, there was a minor hiccup getting my profile set up so I reached out to Michael and he was extremely helpful getting it all sorted out! Everyone we worked with was exceptional including Ms Mary, who was so welcoming whenever we came in to the store.
