Basil Ford Niagara boulevard was great to buy a vehicle from. They were fast, efficient and courteous. They estimated my trade unseen and gave me that price against my new vehicle. Great dealer.

Waited almost 2 hours for a oil change and inspection, i thought suppose to rotate tires but said i was asked and a didn’t need it , was confused when left,, next time I’ll either drop off or find a different place for this service, no coffee was left in containers , or cups available very poorly run

We are so sorry that you had a wait for your oil change and inspection and our waiting area wasn't upkept as it should. I have let the team know so that we can do better in our customer waiting area.

Went in with no hope Tim and the financial manager got me

Went in with no hope Tim and the financial manager got me out of my old truck and got me on the truck that I wanted in like 3 hours I even told them they suck cause they were so good at their job

Went into basil knowing what I wanted with a target number for payment and they got it right on the money. Perfect deal and I am a happy customer. Blake was an awesome salesman got me into the car I wanted.

If you are looking for good customer service and a strong

If you are looking for good customer service and a strong sales team that aims to close deals that are ln the best interest for both themselves and the buyer, look elsewhere. Amanda and James, the sales manager of Basil Ford were not willing to even talk to me or offer me a fair trade value nor entertain any ideas of how I could purchase the car being out of state even if I drove 6 hrs to the dealership. I was stunned at the unwillingness to make their prospective clients pleased. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here.
