4/5-called & explained the problem; told to bring RAV4 in

4/5-called & explained the problem; told to bring RAV4 in & part would be ordered that day & delivered the next day; didn't look at the problem; said RAV would be ready on 4/7 & cost approx. $350 4/6- we were called & told cost was now $681 & would be ready on 4/8 4/8-we were called and were told RAV not ready but could drive it anyway which we didn't do, but then said it would be ready on 4/10 or 4/11 4/10- we called & was told the person would check on it and would call us back but we were never called back 4/11- we called & told RAV was ready I was contacted by the Service Manager who offered to resolve the issues with this visit, which he did. The work performed was done to my satisfaction.

George Ballentine is great!

I pumped gas in my car, and when I started to leave, it wouldn't start. It took many tries until it started. When it finally started, I took it straight to George Ballentine. They checked my car and fixed the problem while I waited. I have dealt with these people for many years; they are the best!

I would recommend their service center 100%.

I would recommend their service center 100%. They are quick to check in and out. They are very helpful in recommending services and if you have a problem are very forth with to help you make a decision about your service, even to the point if they are not sure and try express it to you so you make all the decisions.
