Waited three hours on-site after indicating work

Waited three hours on-site after indicating work requested would be approximately one hour; purposefully declined debit card in order to charge me an additional $10 "service fee"; cashier on cell phone call entire time while distractedly "interacting" with customers

Cashier is rude and unprofessional.

Cashier is rude and unprofessional. Cashier over charged me. Her manager would not address me or the issue. I was informed to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Mr Scott Cobb was excellent an professional. He was trying to help rectify the situation.
