Akin Dixon is a true professional and represents this dealership well. He's always informative of my vehicle's needs and carries himself with integrity. It would be nice to have more interaction with the technicians, so we could appreciate their hard work as well. Dealerships get a bad reputation because of shady practices, but from what I can observe, this one does fine. I always double check the work performed as to not be scammed. So far so good. Please always be honest with your customers and we both win. Thank you!

When I scheduled the service, I was told that the wait time would be approximately one hour. I arrived early, at which point I was informed that the wait time would be up to three hours. Following my intervention, the service was finally completed after 4 hours and 20 minutes.
