It would be nice to have more interaction with the technicians, so we could appreciate their hard work as well. Dealerships get a bad reputation because of shady practices, but from what I can observe, this one does fine. I always double check the work performed as to not be scammed. So far so good. When I scheduled the service, I was told that the wait time would be approximately one hour. I arrived early, at which point I was informed that the wait time would be up to three hours. Following my intervention, the service was finally completed after 4 hours and 20 minutes.
