Purchased a vehicle from Kelly Cadillac and was very pleased with the entire experience. When I first inquired about the vehicle through an online site, I received 3 emails the next morning including one from the owner of the dealership. This set the tone for my entire experience. I was greeted by the owner and worked with Uzma Shafqat to purchase the car. She did a great job with little to no pressure. Even dealing with the finance department we pleasant with no pressure. Overall a great dealership to work with!

I went to Kelly on a Thursday, sure that I wanted a new XT5. I was shown the 5, and 4. Fell in love with the 4. The salesperson explained all of the differences, and sent me home. I did some research on the 4 cylinder turbo and felt that the engine is very good. Measaged the salesperson, and told her that I had made a decision to buy the 4. She came in on her day off to accommodate me. Everyone from the owner, sales and finance were exemplary. They have all of my futuree business. Thank you the Kelly Cadillac team.

The personal touch given at this dealership was excellent! Our salesperson, Uzma was polite, informative and available for any questions throughout the 2 week process of finding the right car. She listened carefully to what WE wanted and was never pushy. When we walked into the showroom on the day we were to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, we were warmly greeted by the owner who asked how our vacation was. He along with several staff members thanked us several times for our business and really meant it. Uzma spent extra time showing us all the features of our new car and how to use them. You can tell she cares about her customers, loves her job and the people she works with! This dealership takes customer service seriously and really wants you to have a great buying experience that I believe will carry through to good customer care with the follow up maintenance visits as well. 5 stars for this dealership!

I just recently purchased a vehicle from Kelly Cadillac. I had to travel and was not disappointed. The quality of vehicles on this lot was amazing and everyone I came in contact with was truly friendly. The owner Geoff worked with me on my trade in value. From start to finish was a pleasant experience if I’m ever looking in the future for another vehicle I will be stopping by this lot first!

My second purchase at this dealership and they really went all out to please me. It was a busy Saturday afternoon but everybody on the team worked hard (and stayed late) to get me into my like new car. Uzma (the Sales Advisor) went thru the features of the car with me to be sure I understood all of the details and will follow up with me in a few days for all of my questions. Everybody (Geoff, Kelly, and Glenn) was very professional, accommodating and courteous.

Dropped in to check the inventory knowing that I would need a new car soon. Found a Penn State blue caddy that Kim let me take home overnight. Driving the car convinced me it was a great fit for me. All it needed were the pin stripes which were added two days later.
