Lots of options and friendly staff

went to Todd Wenzel because of the selection of used cars they offered. they had all the models that we were interested in with multiple options. we worked with Jacob Powell. He was personable, friendly and not pushy. let us take our time with no pressure. Came back a week later to look at one more car and ended up buying. The Finance manager Matthew Bieg was also very professional and friendly. Both Matthew and Jacob were very knowledgable. Todd Wenzel offers a lot of incentives for making purchases with them. I would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle start there.

Excellent Review

I used to sell cars for a living, I test drove 4 other vehicles, and when someone shops for a car, they already have in mind what they want, but the key to success is all on the sales person, three other dealerships didnt even come close with the professionalism I concurred with your company. John McCormack was great. I am really a hard customer, but he stuck in there with me and did a fantastic job finding me the car my husband Mark and I wanted. It wasnt an easy task. I would recommend your dealership to anyone. Remember one important fact, its all about the salesperson and how they do in representing the material, Knowing your product is the key to sales. He did just that. Your finance manager was kind informative, and the service station was friendly and great, and the garage was immaculate. Thank you for your kindness. Awesome sales and service!!!

Very, very good experience at the Dealership. I had my daughter with me and all the employees were so friendly to her and she was all smiles and laughes. Aaron Burch was very down 2 earth and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted and more importantly for how much I wanted to spend. I highly recommend Todd Wenzel to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Sierra 1500

I had been shopping for a base model work truck. Working with the staff at Wenzel I ultimately purchased a Sierra with several additional options but only paid what I had expected to pay for the base model. I thought it was too good to be true. I was so pleased with my experience that I was humbled.

I am a retired GM executive and have kept my Mom in GM...

I am a retired GM executive and have kept my Mom in GM products for years. She is currently driving a 2005 Buick Rendezvous and Todd Weasel Buick has been ripping her off every time she goes to the dealership. The last oil change cost her over $200 because they said she needed a transmission flush at 52,000 miles...OEM says never required unless at 100,000 miles. She recently went over one of Michigan's many potholes and the dashboard lit up with ABS, Traction and All Wheel Drive lights coming on...she took it to Todd Weasel Buick and they wanted to charge her over $1,600 for: new harness, new ABS sensor, new rear wheel bearing, steering knuckle, new tire and rim! She took the vehicle to Grand Buick, in Grandville, MI, and after their evaluation (for free, Todd Weasel Buick charged over $100 to diagnose) they determined that the vehicle systems were working fine and the vehicle was safe to drive. They explained to my Mom that sometimes those bumps in the road (all too prevalent in Michigan in the spring) sometimes trigger those lights, but in the end she can feel safe and secure driving her Rendezvous! Bottom line, as someone that knows a thing or two about vehicles, I'm getting sick and tired of dealers ripping off female and elderly customers for their own selfish profit. Todd Weasel Buick, I hope you are listening, because we are all watching!

Great experience buying a new SUV

Thanks to Todd Wenzel for having a great salesperson to work with. Alex was great and we didn't feel rushed in making a decision to buy. Went in just to look and came out with a new SUV Alex worked with us to get us just what we wanted. After we bought Alex explained everything we needed to know about the SUV.........Thanks for a good experi;ence.

first time new car buyer

This was my first time buying a car at a dealership and I was delighted by how friendly, knowledgeable and easy it was. I never felt pressured, and was impressed with the beauty of the facility. My friends LOVE my Buick Encore and so do I!
