Joe Zeipen was fantastic and was very patient since I had limited time to get back into the dealership to finish the paperwork. Everyone was very professional and customer oriented. My only negative is that in the closing, paperwork happens so fast that I didn't realize actually how much I was paying for the additional warranty. I was a bit shocked later on to find that I paid $4000 for that. Not sure if I would have made the same decision if I had it to do over.

The service department at Todd Wenzel is amazing! The work is done quickly and the waiting is totally painless. They provide state of the art seating, television, snacks, and even a room for children to enjoy the time. Can't recommend the, strongly enough!

Steve Olson (Service Advisor) coordinates the servicing of my 2010 GMC Terrain with great effectiveness and the professional mechanics are excellent at taking care of my vehicle's needs. I can get a cup of coffee and have a nice space in the waiting area to address my business while waiting for my vehicle.
