I want to thank Pat Catena, once again, for making my car

I want to thank Pat Catena, once again, for making my car leasing experience a very positive one! I was very appreciative of the amount of time that Pat spent with me discussing purchase options. Pat is a professional and friendly salesman who is easy to talk to and he was just great in helping me make my leasing decision.

If I could.

If I could.... I would give this dealership TRIPLE ZEROS! Kathy Klutraiski the FAKE SERVICE MANAGER AND Brian Broomell the FAKE GENERAL MANAGER should be fired. There condescending attitude most likely explains why there was not ONE customer in the showroom. They choose NOT to answer serious service questions. They snub off customers and tell them "why don't you just leave" instead of answering a customers question. I bought a $52,5000 truck from them and will NEVER buy anything from this dealership AGAIN!! Cooperate Will be called to report the loss of money and time they cost me. More importantly Kathy Cooperate will be told how slammed a door in my face. Brian was just as bad. His answer to everything was Why don't you just leave! I own 6 Chevys and this is my local dealer. I've spoken to other people who agree hat this place has gone down hill and have also changed Chevy dealers. No wonder there always hiring on IN-DEED. No one could ever stand working with these LOOSERS!!!!! Hopefully Kathy and Brian will also be on IN-Deed looking for work because I'm CC the owner and hopefully they will be fired!!!

The support staff is great.

The support staff is great. Sales team completely ignored me, even after asking for both guidance to cars and questions about specific vehicles this last visit. Had $7500 in my pocket, and was ready to trade in my car in that day, now will be buying elsewhere. It was really the final straw though as the service team tends to be rude, dismissive, and condescending. More than once they have quoted me lower prices over the phone than when I arrive for the service. Last time the price on the phone was about 55-65% of the actual cost. When I asked abut the discrepancy, Nick told me he's never misread or misquoted something to a customer in his life. So I guess I'm just a moron (which is absolutely how they treat you at Seacoast). I wouldn't normally write a bad (or any) review, but now that I'm on the third email requesting one I figured I might as well. Bottom line though - this place has fallen off HARD in the last 2-3 years. Much better off going elsewhere.

Wonderful car buying experience!

I recently traded in my old car for a new Chevy Equinox and my experience at Seacoast Chevrolet was wonderful! After a very bad experience at another dealership selling a different brand of car, I was very reluctant to go to any other dealership. After reading the previous great reviews about Seacoast Chevy, I decided to take a chance and visit the dealership. From my initial interaction with Fred, the individual who ended up selling me my car, I knew I was in the right place! Fred was very respectful of my budget and worked with me to ensure I could get the car for the best price possible all the while answering any questions I had with great patience. As Fred worked with me, the General Manager, Brian Broomell worked to get the best deal on the car I was trading in. Together, they made the whole sale possible! Walter, the Finance Manager, was incredibly thorough and walked me through the final stages of the buying process. He, like Fred, was respectful of my budget and worked with me. The receptionist was also kind in helping get bags to move my belongings from my old car to my new one. Overall, I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was. After having been a loyal customer to another brand, I now will consider Seacoast Chevy my place to go!

Poor customer service

I took my 2018 Malibu to SeaCoast Chevy because the push button to turn off the car was not working. As it neared 5pm, I called the service department only to find out that the service advisor left for day and my car wouldn't be ready until the next day. Wouldn't you expect a service department would give you a heads up if they were going to leave you without a car? After voicing my dismay and dissatisfaction to the assistant manager, I got no understanding of my dissatisfaction. Then I get a call at 8am informing that the car is ready. Gee, I wonder what more had to be done the day before that suddenly got done by 8am. I pick up the car and still no apology from the service advisor and no attempt to address my dissatisfaction and inconvenience. I don't think that anybody at SeaCoast cares about customer satisfaction or the customer experience.

Plus and minus

While in the process of negotiating the purchase of a new vehicle, the staff was professional, attentive and made a sincere effort to accommodate my financial goal. The downside is lack of responsiveness. Numerous phone calls with voicemails and no return calls. Would still recommend.

Very disappointed

They had a truck listed for $14989 and I contacted them but by the time they got back to me it was removed and they told me the truck was now doubled in price almost $30000. I then sent them a screenshot of vehicle with price and they told me that there were no records of it being listed at that price. What was the screenshot with price????? They asked me for my name and phone # and said a sales person would contact me but to this day no phone calls !!! The sad part is I was a returning customer I had bought a car from them 3 years ago

Great Service! Super Helpful Salesperson!

Anthony was very helpful and patient with us during the process. We had seen the car online and went in to take a look and test drive. He walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. I was quite nervous going into the dealership but Anthony made it so smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car :)
