Our experience was very smooth, the gentlemen at northbay Cadillac was very nice, understanding, was treated very well..Chris, John, Petar and David..John took time to show us step by step the features in our GMC Sierra Denali, they were very patient and they answered all of our questions..they were an A+.. great job guys..

Don’t honor deals force you to use there finance at higher rates. This is reason car salesmen have a bad reputation I would strongly advise against buying a vehicle from this dealership. The finance manager attempted to take advantage by offering interest rates significantly higher than what I qualified for elsewhere. On top of that, they failed to honor the deal they originally made. This was easily one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Be very careful this is not a trustworthy place to do business.

Thank you for your feedback, Bobby. We agreed to your initial offer of an approximate $2000 discount off of the advertised price. Once you then demanded an additional $1000 off, we chose to decline the second offer. Also, we have multiple banks we work with. We would love to have had the opportunity to get you approved with an aggressive interest rate. However, you never even gave us your credit info. Always friendly, detailed and pleasure to work with. Explain all services needed and upcoming. I usually wait for my vehicles service who’s is the standard oil change tire rotation etc. comfortable lounge area clean restrooms.

The leasing process went smoothly and efficiently. . The only issue I had was the extremely long delay in getting a trailer hitch installed…. 3 months … but this was I was told due to a parts shortage. My salesman Franseco was. very professional.

Made appointment. Nice accommodations while dropping off and picking up for me. Monday I gave it in Tuesday I got a loaner Wednesday I got it back.
