Open and honest communication. No pressure to purchase. Sales rep was very knowledgeable. Great overall experience in purchasing our 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500.

I purchased 2012 Chevrolet Traverse from Matt Saxe

I purchased 2012 Chevrolet Traverse from Matt Saxe Chevrolet. I have been doing all of my maintenance work at the dealership, and have been very satisfied with the service. I used the service to pick up my car at my home last week. This is a great service as I am able to do other things at home instead of sitting at the dealership.

Had an oil change done with a tire rotation.

Had an oil change done with a tire rotation. Every thing went well until I was driving home from the cabin a few weeks later and got a flat tire. I then had to change the flat in on a sunny, 90+ degree heat day with a crying toddler. It turns out that the dealer ship over filled my tires by 16 PSI which caused my valve stem to leak. Don't get your vehicle serviced here. If they cant even fill your tires to the correct PSI, they are not capable of doing anything correctly.
