My service advisor JAIME is by far the best I have ever worked with!! Besides being a total gentleman and always makes me feel special , he is soo knowledgeable is all aspects of Mercedes service! I was there last week and the computer system had a bad glitch . Jaime not only fixed the problem for me but for other customers with the same issue. He really saved the day calmly and with expertise!! Because of him and Patty I would never go anywhere else for Mercedes service! The level of customer care is totally in another league!

They are not serious lying and keeping people. Only is very dishonest of them keep my money plus the key that I never receive 512,00 dollar like we find the money in the street, that's steeling in the day time very disappointing of this mercedes in union new jersey don't shop there. M.G.
