By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Advertised prices aren't what you can buy for, Incentives aren't obtainable, actual prices could be thousands more. Poor management from General Manager to subordinate managers, during and after the sale you will not get any answers or help. One manager covers another with no calls back, no answers on sales mistakes. They give the same rhetoric for answers on how much they are trying to help with issues and it's all smoke and mirrors. Financing through them is a joke, higher rates even if you have an 800+ credit score. Check the reviews before you step inside this house of fraudulent practises. Every review gets the same B.S. dealer answer of how much they are trying , all xx. They could care less how bad you got screwed, only what they got away with. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS !!!

Buyer beware. This dealership represents the worst of worst, it starts from bait and switch on price of vehicle, listed price of vehicle is contingent on being a past buyer, recent graduate and veteran, which means very few can ever meet these requirements. This list of dishonest selling a used car at this place goes on from here. Through out their sales process are a path of scams and unknown pitfalls meant to sell finance and charge for extras without explanation of costs. Your told you can't refinance for 6 months, Capital One told me you can refinance at any time. F&I manager Rich acquire an extended warranty with Alley for $5000.00 that didn't cover my electronics most concerning components with only 45000 additional coverage. I had to cancel that . He also added Gap insurance without cost explanation. Charged me for my own plates. Trade offer for my car was$8000 only got $7500. . Unfortunately the list goes on. They never return phone calls, and the few times I get through nothing got resolved. No resolve from Sales management Shawn, F&I Manager Rich and no resolve from General Manager Elia. This dealership in my opinion represents everything about how not to run an honest used car dealership. Read the reviews, avoid this business and unethical sales practises.
