I had an excellent experience at Browning Mazda. Wonderful customer service. Everybody there was Welcoming, very caring and attentive. They worked with me and met all my needs. The process was quick and easy to get me in my car. The Salesman Chris showed great hospitality throughout the entire process, from being to end. Highly recommended purchasing at Browning Mazda.

I came in on a Thursday to test drive and purchase a preowned car I found online. The test drive took less than 20 minutes. The rest of the 2 1/2 hour visit was spent on with the sales team. Browning Mazda uses all of the old school tactics that make people hate car shopping, starting with the chicken scratch offer that gets taken to the Wizard of Oz somewhere "in the back". Although I was paying cash for the car, they tried desperately to get me to fill out a finance application. When Dimitri, the finance manager on duty, came to bring me the final numbers, I noticed that Browning had added in $12,000 of extras. Dimitri told me that these were standard on all cars sold at Browning, new or used, and that they were already installed and could not be removed. He went on to say that he would sell me the car for $1 if he could. I did not appreciate the patronizing hyperbole nor the distraction from the bigger issue - a falsely advertised price online that did not reflect the so-called mandatory upgrades that were supposedly already installed. As it turned out, all but $500 worth of these "upgrades" were not in fact installed. I left $3500 in cash that night and returned with a cashier's check two days later to pick up the car. Although it was a Saturday and the dealership was overflowing with waiting customers, there was only one finance manager present. This should have been a quick transaction as I had already completed all paperwork. I was given excuse after excuse for the delay. Only when I asked to see the general manager after 90 minutes of waiting, did they come out with my receipt and keys. The general manager never showed his face.

That is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have at Browning Mazda. Misunderstandings can sometimes happen during the process, but we do not condone any type of sales approach that makes a guest feel pressured or misled. Feedback like yours is taken seriously, and we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure our communication and presentation remain clear and transparent for every guest who visits our store. Regarding the wait time when you returned to pick up your vehicle, we unfortunately had a last-minute call out that left us short staffed in the finance department that day and put us in a difficult position operationally. That said, a 90-minute wait is certainly longer than it should be, and I apologize for the frustration that caused. Additionally, our General Manager is typically off on Saturdays, which is why he was not available to come out during your visit. As I have said before, Browning Mazda doesnt set the bar, they are the bar. They are the best, and trust me when I tell you Ive checked out most of the Mazda dealerships in the Los Angeles County region. As a high mileage driver whose car is what provides the income, it is critical my car be in top condition, comfortable, and reliable. Having my Mazda and being a customer at Browning is a total win -- win situation. Even though all Mazda dealerships can service and take care of cars, Browning takes it a step way beyond by not just taking care of our cars, but making sure we are ok also. My 2019 Mazda 3 still looks good, runs great, and still is bringing compliments. All this, and it is still reliable, smooth, the best way to describe it, and thank you Browning, my car is awesome! BTW, it is at 198,000 miles (rounded off). THANK YOU BROWNING, each and every one of you, thank you!!!!!!! We did most of the negotiations and some of the paperwork online which was a real time saver! The staff was overt knowledgeable and easy to work with through the entire car buying process.

Easy, Informed, and Helpful. The team did a great job explaining each model and features. Walked me through every step of the process and went the extra mile. Sarah was incredibly helpful allowing me to test multiple vehicles. It was an awesome experience and I love my new ride.

Sarah was awesome. No pressure sale, very helpful and inspired confidence. Cesar took me though the special features which I would never have guessed and added even greater value to the car. Great experience. Totally recommend the dealer, especially for those who are getting bamboozled by aggressive and dishonest car sales tactics. Was refreshing after having gone to multiple dealers. Thank you!!
