Exceeded expectations. Great service and support throughout the buying process. Several add-ons to the 2026 Corvette, and "Lucky" made sure everything was installed perfectly and on time.

We looked at a lot of SUVs and visited many dealerships... We are so happy that we did and the experience at Jon Megel was Top Notch. Cam Gentry sent videos, was super knowledgeable on the Tahoe and Chevy in general... even learned a few things in the process. I highly recommend visiting the Lodge at Jon Megel it is a great buying experience. Thank you Cam and Jon Megel Chevy for making the unpleasurable experience of buying a car FUN!

I bought a 2026 Chevy Trax Activ in December 2025. The infotainment center doesn’t work a lot of the time. Even goes blank and unable to see the back up camera. It has been in the shop several times for this problem. I keep trying to call Jodie Hollis about buying this car back. He never answers my calls nor returns my calls. Neither will any other manager except the service manager. He and Casey Garret always answer me. The service folks can’t figure out how to fix the problem. God knows they have tried. Bottom line…DONT BUY A NEW CAR FROM JOHN MEGEL CHEVROLET!

We had an awesome experience buying our new truck from Megel Chevrolet. Our salesman Cam Gentry was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars/trucks they had to offer. Highly recommend. Process was easy and straightforward.

Cam Gentry worked hard and went above and beyond to get me the specific truck and the deal that I wanted on a brand new 2026 1500 Trailboss!! Cam even delivered the truck to my house to exchange for my trade and let me finish the paperwork in the comfort of my own kitchen since I had repairmen over fixing a leak roof from the recent ice storm. Call Cam at Megel Chevy for all your new and used car shopping!!! You won’t regret it!

I brought my 2018 Z71 Silverado to John Megel Chevrolet for service due to a persistent check‑engine light and a battery that continued to die despite being brand new. When I arrived, the service technician was noticeably dismissive while informing me that the department would not be able to look at my vehicle for two weeks. That estimate ultimately became nearly three weeks. Because the check‑engine light was on, I was unable to drive the truck during that entire period. When the vehicle was finally inspected, I was told the battery was defective and that the check‑engine light was caused by a vent solenoid failure. The battery was replaced under warranty, but I was charged approximately $550 for parts and labor related to the solenoid. Initially, everything seemed resolved, but about a month later the same issues returned. I contacted John Megel Chevrolet again and was told the wait time for service would be roughly the same as before. Rather than continue jump‑starting my truck, I took it to a local independent shop. Within an hour, they identified the real issue: a known Chevrolet advisory stating that a cracked headlight housing can allow water intrusion, causing a significant power drain and triggering the check‑engine light. After waiting a week for the part and replacing the headlight housing, the problem has not returned. Given that this advisory was issued by Chevrolet, I expected the dealership’s service department to be aware of it—or at least to investigate the issue more thoroughly. Instead, I was left with an expensive repair that did not address the underlying problem. I have reached out to both John Megel and the general manager to express my concerns, but I have not received any response. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to John Megel Chevrolet for future service.

If you’re looking for an experience that leaves you high and dry, look no further. From the initial lowball offers on my trade (they later marketed it for almost 3x what they initially offered me) to the drive home. This car broke down on the way home, leaving me stranded at night in downtown Atlanta. Turns out, their quality inspections didn’t catch that the radiator had no clamp on it. Less than 1k later, the IWE system had a failure. Their Megel Guarantee powertrain warranty doesn’t actually cover the parts that make 4WD work, so I’m out money again. I called the dealer to explain my dissatisfaction and they were kind enough to quote me for a $2,500 warranty. That’s right, quoting me for another warranty when the peace of mind warranty I already had wouldn’t help me. I thought I’d reach out to them first politely to ask to make it right, but unfortunately they’d rather make more money.

I have purchased many Chevrolet vehicles over the past 50+ years in Maryland ,Arizona. Virginia, Colorado and Georgia and Megel Chevrolet is by far the best dealership that I’ve dealt with. The sales process can’t be any easier and their staff are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. In addition, their service department is top notch. There are at least 1/2 dozen dealerships closer to where my wife and I live, but we drive the extra miles to Megel because they go above and beyond. Chuck Shellhouse Suwanee, GA

I purchased a 2025 Traverse from John Megel in Fall 2025. I knew this was the car I wanted to purchase and had been casually looking for about a year. Earlier 2025, I had a poor experience at another Chevrolet dealership and went to John Megel hoping for a easier time. I was more than happy here. The car was ready when we arrived, Bradley let us test drive, had paperwork ready and we were in and out in less than two hours. The price was better than expected (and much better than the other dealership!), there was no back and forth, and the whole experience was very pleasant, quick and easy. For any Chevy purchase, my recommendation would be to take the trip to John Megel. Ask for Bradley!
