Lovely facility courteous service writer I showed up at my 10 o’clock appointment on Time. I felt it took a little too long. I left two hours and 45 minutes later.

I had a great experience at the dealership thanks to Jill! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and made the whole process really easy. She kept me updated while my car was being serviced and let me know as soon as it was ready, which I really appreciated. She also took the time to clearly explain what work was done and what might need attention in the future without making it feel overwhelming!
