ZRV Auto is amazing!!!! This has been the only time that I have been satisfied with buying a car. I was treated so good by this company. They have great customer service.Easy financing that helps build your credit. It was such a smooth and easy process while buying my new car. Sunday night I saw my dream car online, I contacted ZRV through car.com and got a quick response saying the car was available and to come down to the office Monday (which was actually Christmas eve.) I met the salesman, Zora (VERY cool guy) in the morning and was driving my new car but the early afternoon! NO HASSLES! SUPER EASY! BEST EXPERIENCE! I will for sure do business with them again.

I purchased a really nice used 5 series BMW from these guys and so far I am very happy. They even worked with me on the price because I was paying in cash. It was the best preserved vehicle out of all the 2003 5 series that I test drove, and it even had a sports package for the same retail price that others were going for. I got the car in the month of may for a great price i thought but the car has giving nothing but trouble first came the battery, then oil leak then the motor and the radiator its only been four months and my money and my car is done!

I had been searching for several months looking for replacements for my aging vehicles. I had test driven a handful of potential candidates from both dealerships and private sellers when I encountered a listing for a pre-owned automobile from ZRV Auto Sales that interested me. I called to make an inquiry. My first contact with ZRV was in stark contrast to what I had encountered from other previous sellers. My inquiries about the the automobile were answered directly and honestly. They were very open about the auto and in addition to its attributes, they also volunteered some of the not-so positive details too. There is no perfect pre-owned automobile and I appreciated the honest approach which helped bolster my confidence in ZRV. I made an appointment to see the car at their warehouse. I was promptly greeted with the exact automobile I had seen in the ad. (I make this point because that was not my experience with another dealership I had visited earlier that day) The car from ZRV was carefully prepared and detailed. The Carfax report for the automobile was made available for my examination at no cost. As my interest in the vehicle became more than mere browsing--they were kind enough to point out some minor interior bits and pieces that would require repair. When we agreed on a price, they were gracious enough to source the parts and coordinate replacement/repairs prior to sale within the agreed price. We met after the repairs were made to facilitate the paperwork, registration, and title at a location that was convenient for me. They had driven many miles on a busy Friday afternoon to make my buying experience more pleasant. The vehicle was delivered to a location very near my home. How many used car dealerships will DELIVER an automobile to a buyer? --AT NO CHARGE! From my experience, I can say ZRV Auto Sales is honest, thorough, and professional. I would recommend ZRV to my friends looking for a Pre-owned automobile. Their prices are fair and competitive. There is no pressure to buy, they are prepared to answer all my questions, and I would buy another car from them.

The dealership was vary helpfull in getting the wright financing for us, we are vary happy with the car also went out of his way to get use additional components for the car. If I need to buy another car Alex at ZRV will be my choice.
