My husband and son took me to ZRV Auto Inc for Mother's Day this year and surprised me with a beautiful, limited edition 2002 yellow and black Volkswagen Beetle. The owner and all of the people here were so helpful and courteous. We found what we thought would be the perfect car for our needs on their website. We arrived there that weekend and the car was just there, clean and shiny, waiting for us. We had only few concerns and the owner, Zora, addressed them immediately. Later, the following weekend the car was ready and in perfect condition for us. I'd been thinking about buying a car for a few months but dreaded the idea of dealing with dealerships and the headaches that come with it. ZRV was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. They not pressure you into buying and give you plenty of time with whatever car your looking at. I ended up finding out about zrv via carfax. They are a family owned business and don't have any of the cars at the office. You tell them what you want to look at and they bring the car to you. Anyways I ended up buying a really nice Miata from them. I had it inspected by the pep Boys down the street and the technician said it was one of the cleanest cars he had ever seen (for being used). That goes to show you that this dealership sells quality cars. I would highly recommend zrv if your in the market for a used car. Very professional and hassle free.

Found the car I had been looking for and went to zora. Customer service is excellent very laid back no pressure no hassle zora was very helpful and is very knowledgeable. The cars are kept in a warehouse out of the sun and rain and you can tell they are well taken care of. I was helped every step of the way and will go back to zrv from now on.
