From the moment we met it was a no pressure sales event.

From the moment we met it was a no pressure sales event. Pascal was professional and gracious, and listened to my needs without the too often pressure sales pitch When we parted the 1st day I was comfortable knowing when I returned a few days later with my wife, it was again a pleasant experience. NO PRESSURE! On top of that was the great, overall experience from Parks Lincoln. They are an amazing TEAM who all came together to transition from one Nautilus to another. One area for improvement would be having a better explanation of the extended warranty for a CPO vehicle.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and listened to

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what we wanted in our new automobile and looked for those wants. They did not push what was on the lot at the time that wanted to sell. I want to particularly point out Trey Nance. His attentiveness, personality and willingness to search for what we were looking for sold the car.

Trey Nance was great.

Trey Nance was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. We appreciated him taking the time to show us how everything works (even the hands free driving on the interstate). :) The entire team was very professional and courteous. The dealership is beautiful and we loved the extra care with the drinks and snacks. Highly recommend this dealership.

We were very well received as we went in to extend our

We were very well received as we went in to extend our service warranty for the 2022 Aviator. While we were there they went over and above by selling us a 2024 F150 Ford pickup. The trade in for my 2010 Acura extended to 9 pm and we are very grateful for this. Michael Slind

Pascal was really great. I called the dealership the day before & spoke with him asking questions about the Nautilus. When I arrived he remembered our conversation & began to educate & help me find what I wanted. He elicited the help of the manager, Jorge, who was very personable and helpful in helping us decide. There was No pressure. We felt like we were dealing with 2 people that had our best interest at heart. We are so pleased with the fantastic service we received & our purchase. Will definitely refer friends & family to them !! Thank You
