Made appointment, got in on time and finished in stated time. Coffee bar was available, comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff kept me advised of progress.

Quickly found the exact vehicle I wanted. Great price on the new vehicle and the trade-in. Finance person did an excellent job explaining how lease works and all my options. No high pressure to purchase add-ons. Sales person did a good job explaining all the features on the car at delivery.

Victor was very helpful and seemed interested in my car needs. Beni was especially helpful in determining which finance package would work best for me.

The sales process was smooth, professional, and uneventful. Sat around for an hour+ waiting for Finance. Had do redo our finance papers as they had the wrong last name on them. Got an email several days later saying Finance did not have a record of our down payment so had to email a copy of our card receipt. Finance Department needed more help for the number of people wanting service on that day.
