Please check your security cameras to see which one of your employees took a box of tissues from my rear window, are you not paying these people enough that they have to steal from your customers. I noticed that the tissues were missing after picking my vehicle up and reaching home . I called to make a complaint but no one ever answers the phone, I did leave a review stating that I was a victim of Autoland Chrysler Jeep . How petty are you guys check your cameras because if they did it to me most likely they have stealing from customers as long as they worked there. They made do good work but they are not honest and or have no type of integrity . I am grateful that your service company paid for an Uber to take me home , and that in itself is more valuable than the stolen box of tissues. It’s just the principle of the matter what if I left something more expensive than a box of tissues in my vehicle. In general please check and watch which one of your workers violated my vehicle.

Angelina in service delivered again.
Angelina in service delivered again. Out of nowhere, my Jeep threw a check engine light and she had me bring the car right in for service. She clearly explained that it might take a few days to get the car looked at, kept me in the loop each day, and never left me wondering what was going on. When they diagnosed the issue, she explained in clear, simple terms what needed to be fixed and why, eased my worries, and then delivered the car back to me in perfect shape—with a complimentary car wash on top. I’ll say it again: no one is better than Angelina and the Autoland service team; the level of care and communication truly feels better than what I’ve experienced at Mercedes and Lexus, and it makes me feel lucky I chose this dealership and know I bought the right car.
