When you buy a used vehicle you understand it will be

When you buy a used vehicle you understand it will be something not quite right that is a given. But when you point out things to them the next day and they fo nothing except day. It's used. The vehicle had been painted in a few places and painted runs. Nothing on carfax history. Manager said if the paint messes up then might see what they can do. Poor management. No incentive to keep someone coming back or recommend them. Something should have been put in writing about fixing it later but nothing. Poor management skills and record keeping. In my opinion. We will seewhat becomes of the his word.

Great experience.

Great experience. Our salesman, Ty, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and listened to us and what we were looking for. No high pressure sales tactics or hidden fee add-ons when talking a deal. We made an offer, and the entire company worked with us to make it happen. We stopped at 8 different dealerships, including 2 other Chevrolet dealers, during our vehicle search. Strosnider was hands down the best.

Not consumer friendly ,I walked in and chose a vehicle

Not consumer friendly ,I walked in and chose a vehicle and purchased the truck with little demands at all and they butchered my windshield tint putting a sticker on it and and I had a smooth 48 miles to empty ..I paid cash for it and they did me nasty in my opinion. The salesman was great , upper management not so much !!!!
