This was a super easy experience with Andrew. I appreciated the transparency with everything and the fact that it didn’t feel like this business negotiation tactic. I also found it convenient that they sent drivers to pick up the car - drivers who were really nice and hospitable, and who were willing to wait until my lunch time to get the paperwork signed. Overall, I’m very satisfied.
