Auto Express

You really don't know what buying a vehicle is until you deal with Auto Express, I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else again. Very professional in every aspect.

My wife and I spent over a month looking for a used minivan that met our criteria. After visiting several local dealerships who couldn't make the numbers meet, we started to think we were stuck with our current vehicle. Upon expanding our search, we found a quality used vehicle at Auto Express. With the dealership being over 1.5 hrs away and having 3 young children in tow, the sales associate (TJ) was able to do most of the work over the phone. When we decided to make the drive, it only took about 30 mins to test drive the new vehicle, get our trade-in checked out and sign all the necessary paperwork. It was definitely worth the drive. All of the sales associates were accommodating and informative when we had questions. As I look towards getting another new car in the spring, I will definitely look through the inventory at Auto Express first!!

We drove over 2 hours to purchase our vehicle. They were helpful answering our questions over the phone before we made the drive. This was by far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience we have had. Right before we made the purchase they noticed that the drivers side window was not working so they called our local dealer to set up an appointment for us, so that we would not have to make the long drive again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It was a pleasant experience buying an used SUV at this place. No hassle and no commission for salesman made a big difference when we were there looking for an used SUV. We end up buying one and we got a good deal on my old car during the trade in. Thanks for making things easy and smooth for us!

Looked for weeks for a good price on a newer used vehicle. Best prices, hands down on this lot. Waited too long to make a decision on the first car and it sold, lesson learned. Nearly same car was on the lot within a week, I bought it the next day. $2,000 - 3,000 under everyone else. Car checked, cleaned and ready to go with no pressure sales. I was looking all over the US on Cars.com and they were local - my lucky day. Worth the trip if you are not local to Lafayette, IN, . Prices are on the car, carfax on the dash.

they never called me to negotiate the price. im still waiting to if the window had a crack init?

Saw a car online from them and contacted them and they replied immediately that the car was old few hours before.miss the car but at least they responded promptly.

We were very satisfied with this dealership. We worked with David who helped us, was courteous, he even sent us our license plate when we forgot it. The power antenna was broken and they had already ordered one and sent it to us. They would have installed it, but it was a long drive for us. I am very happy with them and will purchase from them again.

Though we didnt buy anything, we had a good experience looking around. Still looking though...
