Shelby was fantastic to work with. I am in sales and hate the car buying process. However, she was fantastic! Super knowledgeable, friendly, transparent and helpful. I bought a GMC Denali and she literally drove it next business day from Virgina to New Jersey where I reside. The customer service was fantastic. Even after the sale, she’s been helpful with questions as I have them. 5/5 and then some. The dealership itself was fine. Shelby was the real standout. I had a finance guy, JC, that was all business and seemed to be more interested in selling extra warranties than my needs, but overall was a good experience.

They actually mean what they say when they give you a price. Outstanding Sales Support: My salesperson, Kirk, was fantastic. He was transparent about the market and the margins, and he never once made me feel pressured. He was highly professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He even put me in my new 2026 Chevrolet Equinox EV and gave me time to finish pending repairs on my trade-in. Efficient Finance: The finance process with Borys was just as smooth. He was patient, professional, and worked quickly to get the paperwork finalized without the usual "hard sell" for unnecessary add-ons. Buying an EV can sometimes be a complex process, but these guys made it easy. It was well worth the drive to Warrenton for the level of integrity they showed. I'm going to.preface my comments by saying I have some experience car shopping, and am.very thorough and prepared before I go in to any dealership or show interest in any vehicle. So, when I say Kirk Hughes and Country Chevrolet were in the top drawer of salespeople and dealerships I've come across, it is a high compliment. Goo people. Knowldgeable peolle. Incredible selection. Competitive pricing. A little out my way, but well worth the trip. I'd recommend them to anybody, especially truck shoppers.
