Rude as can be. Didn't inspect vehicle before left lot. Daytime running lights weren't working. Tires had nails

Went for a tire change as I purchased tire warranty My specific tire was not in stock the found one that would work but had to be picked up. I got there at 7 left at 12noon for a tire change

I don't feel that the recall work was done completely. Invoice states didn't accept codes. Just like the radio sold to me doesn't turn off when the car is turned off. Never purchaseing a jeep, dodge, etc

Truck was there for 3 weeks, kept getting told it would be ready and was not ready waiting on parts. I had to call and check on the truck Carolina didn't seem to know what was going on with the repairs she always had to go and find out from the technician. She wouldn't even authorize my military discount. Horrible experience all around.
