Gina was extremely helpful. Throughout the process she continually keep me informed on what was going on. She informed me on the cost and any changes that occurred. Very very helpful on a day I wasn’t feeling very well. Very thankful it took much less than they projected. I’m always please when I bring my car in for service knowing they will make things right.

So glad I brought my 2012 fit here. Steven checked the warranties/recalls for my model and expanded the scope of service to address those recalls. He was upfront and clear about what was needed without being pushy, a welcome relief!

On my recent visit I was in and out in a decent time frame, I had a tire replaced because I picked up a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires. The balance on the new tire is perfect, no wheel shaking and cost of the new tire was at a very competitive price. It was a good visit to Honda City and I will take my car to them when the next time for service comes.
